Long story short, all comments to stories have to be approved. Don't get me wrong: It's their web site; they can manage it any way they see fit. But when I wrote a comment criticizing a posting written by a prominent Chicago Democrat, my comment wasn't posted. It was clear that the Huffington Post would censor dissenting opinions.
Of course, this flies in the face of freedom of speech, so I no longer call the Huffington Post's website number. Instead, I will begin a series of articles to dismantle assertions put forth by those who post on Huffington Post and other web sites.
